How long will it take to receive my item?

All orders currently have a handling time of 2 weeks – plus delivery time. Orders will be shipped out as early as possible, but please keep in mind it may take up to 2 weeks from your date of order before it will be sent. 

I chose express shipping - why hasn't my item been sent?

Choosing express shipping at the checkout will only speed up your shipping. This will not push your order ahead of other orders. If you need to rush your order please contact us via email or via Instagram DM before placing your order to ensure that we have the capacity to rush your order. 


Why are there only a few colours to choose from?

We have only listed our most popular colours on our website. If you have a special request, send us a message via our facebook page or an email at hello@charleyandco.com.au – and we will do our best to accommodate!


Can I place a custom order?

You sure can - we love custom orders!! Send us a message via our facebook page or an email at hello@charleyandco.com.au and lets work some magic!


My item arrived, but I spelled the name wrong - can I have a refund?

No. Unfortunately, orders with incorrect spelling entered at the check out can not be refunded. Please check this carefully before finalising your order. If this error was made by Charley & Co - a new item will be sent.
